젬 컬러링 개인정보처리방침

젬 컬러링(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 다루지 않는지를 설명합니다.

1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보 — 없음

앱은 회원가입이 없고, 서버를 두지 않습니다. 개발자는 이용자의 이름·이메일·전화번호·연락처·위치 등 어떤 개인정보도 수집하거나 전송받지 않습니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 것

도안 진행도와 완성 기록
소리 켜짐/꺼짐, 마법봉 개수 등 설정
사진으로 만든 나만의 도안

이 정보는 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

3. 사진 접근

"내 사진으로 도안 만들기" 기능을 쓸 때만 사진 한 장을 읽습니다. 변환은 전적으로 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 원본 사진도 변환 결과도 서버로 올라가지 않습니다. 이 기능을 쓰지 않으면 사진에 접근하지 않습니다.

4. 광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 무료로 제공되며 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google 및 그 파트너는 다음을 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.

기기 종류, 운영체제 버전, 대략적인 지역(IP 기반)
광고 노출·클릭 기록

자세한 내용은 Google 파트너 사이트 정책을 참고하세요. 유럽 이용자에게는 앱 최초 실행 시 광고 동의 창을 표시합니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 개인 맞춤 설정을 끄거나 광고 ID를 초기화할 수 있으며, 앱 내에서 "광고 제거"를 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

5. 아동 관련

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 별도의 열람·삭제 요청 절차는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 설정에서 저장 공간 삭제로 즉시 지울 수 있습니다.

7. 변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일과 함께 갱신합니다.

Gem Coloring Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect — none

The app has no accounts and no servers. The developer does not collect or receive any personal information such as your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location.

2. Stored on your device only

Puzzle progress and completion records
Settings such as sound on/off and booster count
Custom patterns you create from your photos

This data stays in your device's local storage and is never transmitted. Deleting the app removes it.

3. Photo access

A photo is read only when you use "Create a pattern from my photo". Conversion happens entirely on your device; neither the original photo nor the result is uploaded anywhere. If you do not use this feature, the app never accesses your photos.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and use the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), device model, OS version, approximate region derived from IP, and ad impression/click events. See Google's partner policy. Users in the EEA are shown a consent form on first launch. You can opt out of personalized ads or reset your advertising ID in your device settings, and purchasing "Remove Ads" in the app disables ads entirely.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Your rights

Since no personal data is collected, there is no separate access or deletion request process. Data stored on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the "Last updated" date.
